I've had the same problem on a Toshiba Portege M400...same outputs from
the logs, etc.

I tried installing Blueman from the above repo, but it didn't do much...it just says that it can't detect the device:
"Can't get device list.  Reason: 'module' object has no attribute 'adapter'"

We really need to get this fixed...it's a major problem when something
as common as bluetooth doesn't work, especially in an upgrade from a
version which worked fine.  Are there any developers around who could at
least diagnose the problem?
