[Bug 239003] [NEW] Text bubble fails to display anything when no adapter name is present

Public bug reported:

Upon device synchronization, a bubble appears, but there's nothing in
it.  The MAC address of the device is not displayed at all.  Everything
works just fine once an adapter name is specified.  Very minor bug.
