Same here.

Bluetooth icon appears, but I'm unable to change any preferences (visability, name) or connect any Bluetooth devices.
In Ibex with kernel 2.6.24-19 Bluetooth works great, but my Nvidia won't work right so I'm stuck with non-working bt.

With only the bt dongle plugged in:
