@Andrea,

Sending files to phone works same way as it was there in Hardy. Right
click any file and select 'Send To ...'. Or right click the bluetooth
icon in panel and select 'Send file ...'


The option for receiving file has been removed from UI by upstream authors. Probably they want users to simply use 'Browse' functionality provided by nautilus with gvfs backend.
