[Bug 283799] [NEW] bluetooth-applet doesn't work right

Binary package hint: bluez-gnome

After plugging bt adapter bluetooth-applet  takes about 20sec to show up. Before it took about 3sec. Maybe it's because of this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bluez/+bug/283777 (can't find pc from mobile phone and phone from pc)
In bluetooth preferences I can't select "Temporary visible". After trying to select it, selecting other option doesn't work(it need to click two times on other option). Also selecting "Always visible" or "Hidden" takes about 5secs(sometimes it hangs). Every time I open "bluetooth preferences" all options and data is restarted to default. In visibility nothing is selected.
