[Bug 273749] [NEW] Recommend plugins that were split up

Binary package hint: bluez-utils

An earlier upload of bluez-utils split up all of the plugins into
separate packages.  To prevent a regression, these same plugins should
be installed by  the default install of the bluez-utils package.
