This was fixed in
bluez-utils (3.36-1ubuntu2) intrepid; urgency=low

  * debian/control:
    -Add bluez-input, bluez-network, bluez-serial to Recommends. (LP: # 273749)

But the LP autocloser missed it because of an extra space.
