It's not typically adaptors that are broken: it's that the device
support model changed, that kdebluetooth didn't make the transition
before release, that the documentation on the wiki (and people's custom
scripts) were all suddenly completely wrong, and other similar issues.
What needs testing are endpoints generally, rather than the hardware
(although testing adaptors may expose kernel issues).
