[Bug 336446] [NEW] Boot hangs on jaunty 2.6.28-8-generic.amd64 on Asus M2NBP-VM CSM

Public bug reported:

The Asus M2NBP-VM CSM has no bluetooth at all. Anyway, similar to
intrepid's alpha, boot hangs when bluetooth script tries to start
something that is definitely not there. Needs to be disabled via script
removal or in gnome with the "server" settings dialogue to end the hang.
