Okay, i just googled for the older version of this package and found this:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/i386/kdebluetooth/1:0.3-0ubuntu3

After downgrading to 1:0.3-0ubuntu3 this bug is gone, so it definately
seems to be a regression in 1:0.3-0ubuntu4.
