I have the same:

$ bluetooth-wizard

(bluetooth-wizard:7244): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: cannot register
existing type `BluetoothClient'

(bluetooth-wizard:7244): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_once_init_leave: assertion
`initialization_value != 0' failed

AND

$ bluetooth-properties

** (bluetooth-properties:7447): WARNING **: Could not open RFKILL
control device, please verify your installation

(bluetooth-properties:7447): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: cannot register
existing type `BluetoothClient'

(bluetooth-properties:7447): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_once_init_leave:
assertion `initialization_value != 0' failed

And 100% load processor.
