[Bug 591756] [NEW] Turning Bluetooth on and off loses the paired devices

I am using a Thinkpad X201 with bluetooth. When I pair my plantronics
headset all works very well. However, when I turn off bluetooth from the
BT applet and turn it back on (period is irrelevant) I lose the paired
device.
