I have the same problem (also with a Mighty Mouse) since upgrading to
Maverick (final). the workaround (restarting the bluetooth daemon)
doesn't solve the problem for me. I also tried to `killall bluetooth-
applet` and then restart the applet, without success. I haven't tried
yet reloading all the bluetooth kernel modules, will do this next.
