I also experience the same issues.

lsusb output:

Bus 005 Device 002: ID 0930:0508 Toshiba Corp. Integrated Bluetooth HCI

Upon reboot, I have to restart the bluetooth service to get my bluetooth
device being connected.

Using 11.04 Natty Narwhal beta2
