I am using IBM Thinkpad R52 and have upgraded from Ubuntu 8.04 to Ubuntu
8.10 beta. After the first boot I realized that the bluetooth on my
laptop has got activated. The bluetooth light on the laptop was lit and
a bluetooth icon was coming on the taskbar as well. however I could
easily deactivate it with Fn+F5 keys. When I restarted the bluetooth was
back to its active state. I repeated the process and the same happened.

Ideally Ubuntu should remember the last state of bluetooth device and
keep the same when it is restarted.

** Affects: bluez (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Confirmed
