[Bug 967977] [NEW] can receive files over bluetooth but cant send

Public bug reported:

I can conncet via bluetooth, can receive files. But unfortunately CAN'T send files to any device. (even from which i was receiving).
Wifi and other things wors briliently, Hats off to ubuntu team.
