[Bug 1005507] [NEW] bluetooth broken when starting ubuntu with second monitor

Public bug reported:

When I start up Ubuntu 12.04 with a second monitor plugged in, bluetooth will not start.
If I start ubuntu without the second monitor, bluetooth starts everytime.

Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit
4 Gig Ram
Macbook Pro 8,1
dual boot with OS X

The bug report program asked me to execute the code:
sudo hcidump -XYt > $HOME/hci.log
however, ubuntu does not recognize the command 'hcidump'.
