Hi Iwaki-san,
Thanks for your advice. This worked for me on Arch linux. However, I had
to modprobe btusb first. Then, the btusb folder appeared under drivers
and I could echo the id.
modprobe btusb
echo "13d3 3392" > /sys/bus/usb/drivers/btusb/new_id
