Adding <device oui="7C:1E:52:" type="mouse" pin="0000"/>

to /usr/share/gnome-bluetooth/pin-code-database.xml

fixed the problem for me with the Microsoft Sculpt Touch Mouse on Ubuntu
12.04 LTS 32Bit.
