[Bug 1494242] [NEW] Try to auto connect devices when user enables bluetooth

Public bug reported:
When bluetooth gets enabled by the user we should try to connect all
devices we're currently paired with and which are marked as trusted.
This will help to improve the user experience that the user will get his
configured devices connected right away.
Android does this similar.
