[Bug 1568539] [NEW] [Unity 7] Displays: Only 1 external workspace setting mssing

Public bug reported:

If a user is using multiple virtual workspaces, and is connected to
external display at the same time, all the workspaces are visible on the
external display too.

A setting of "Only one available workspace on external display" is
missing!

(Unfortunately, the setting of "Always on a visible workspace" will not
cut it, when on a management meeting and need opening more that one
window on external display!)
