[Bug 1650860] [NEW] I can't forget devices

Public bug reported:

I can't forget some devices no matter whether BT is on or off (Bug #1535829). There are two devices on my list at the moment: a car audio which I can't forget no matter what I do
and a Garmin navigation device which I can forget only when BT is on.
