I've enabled extended and debug logging (-E -d) in file:
/lib/systemd/system/bluetooth.service
was: ExecStart=/usr/lib/bluetooth/bluetoothd
now: ExecStart=/usr/lib/bluetooth/bluetoothd -E -d
Please find logs below, in attachments. Hope it will help to pin down
the problem.
$ uname -a
Linux xxx 4.4.0-45-generic #66-Ubuntu SMP Wed Oct 19 14:12:05 UTC 2016 i686 i686 i686 GNU/Linux
BlueZ version 5.37
$ journalctl --unit=bluetooth
