Para aqueles que não estão acostumados ou não sabem como o sistema de Karma
do Launchpad funciona:

Karma é o sistema de "pontos" que o pessoal do Launchpad usa para mostrar o
involvimento de individuos com o Ubuntu.  Então, quando você contribui com
as traduções você ganha Karma.  Quando você report um bug, também ganha
Karma...  No final, quem tiver acumulado mais Karma (com o mínimo de 3,000)
ganha o prémio!  =)
