[Ubuntu-BR] trava no apt-get

Oi,

Toda vez que eu vi esta mensagem e' porque alguem deixa o synaptic ligado
(que automaticamente trava o tal arquivo) e tenta apt-get pelo console.
Tudo que tem de fazer e' decidir qual o metodo a usar (synaptic ou console)
e fechar o outro...

Alguem aqui sabe de mais um motivo porque isso aconteceria?
