[Ubuntu-BR] Ajuda com Postgress no Ubunu

no " # IPv4 local connections:"
eu coloquei:

host    all        all       meu ip     md5

só que tpo...eu não sei mto bem oque é "        CIDR-ADDRESS" mas eu to colocando meu IP.
dai quando tento de novo, aparece a mesma mensagem de erro, só que ela diz que eu não tenho permissão pra conecta com ip (dai aparece um n°), e esse n° que aparece é diferente do meu.
