Bom dia Luiz,

Faltou o identificador para o segundo monitor. Vou transcrever o seu
xorg.conf com as alterações em negrito:

Tenta aí, qualquer coisa posta seu xorg.conf no pastebin e disponibiliza o
link para verificarmos o arquivo como um todo.
