[Ubuntu-BR] Problema com medibuntu no 12.04

Olá amigos do ubuntu-br,

Estou precisando da ajuda de vocês para resolver um problema com a
instalação do medibuntu.
Tentei instalá-lo com o comando:

sudo -E wget --output-document=/etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list
http://www.medibuntu.org/sources.list.d/$(lsb_release -cs).list && sudo
apt-get --quiet update && sudo apt-get --yes --quiet
--allow-unauthenticated install medibuntu-keyring && sudo apt-get --quiet
update

mas por algum motivo não deu certo e está aparecendo a seguinte mensagem
após executar sudo apt-get update:

Alguém sabe como resolver? É algum problema de dependência não resolvida?
