bughelper improvements

this is done in ~dholbach/bughelper/bughelper.dev 

Now bugHelper.py (and bugNumbers.py) can do the following:

bugHelper.py -l https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/gcalctool/+bugs
bugHelper.py gossip-telepathy

I also splitted the code up a bit and hope it makes sense to everybody.
