It no longer crashes on a URL for me but I do get a message about a
different package (the next one alphabetically?)

 ./bughelper -l https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/vino/+bugs
http://launchpad.net/bugs/43050 :  Vino crasher bugs 
I/O warning : failed to load external entity "packages/vnc.info"

Anyway, I've merged and pushed the changes so the crasher bug is fixed.
