[Bug 80453] You must put some 'source' URIs in your sources.list

When /etc/apt/sources.list does not list the deb-src entries, bughelper
gives an error like this:

$ ./bughelper vino

SystemError: E:You must put some 'source' URIs in your sources.list

This error should be catched and reported nicely.
