[Bug 81285] RFE: Provide bug listings for advanced searches

We should provide bug output in a format that's greppable, so that we
can get bug counts for various things using standard Unix tools.

For instance:
$ bughelper --parseable-output vino | grep Unconfirmed | wc -l
