    "heavy-deps" sounds independently interesting.  That said, it
won't help the specific Java transition so well, as most of them don't
have the easy "test with headless" case to resolve the problem, and
need deeper investigation.  In the interest of getting the easy stuff
done quick for maxium user impact, I think the two proposed tags may
be interesting to view separately.  For those tagging who aren't sure
if something is a Java program, "heavy-deps" seems easier, and maybe
that could be one of the sources for those adding the "java-headless"
tag (which becomes a canned-search for Java packagers to clean and
trim).
