private bugreport?

Hi,

I've file this bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/telepathy-haze/+bug/259431

Within an hour I get a message from apport-retrace that this is a duplicate
of another bug. But the bug number (#212161) is non-clickable. And when I
try to browse directly to the bug I get a permission denied. Does this mean
the original bug-report is only to be seen by the telepathy developpers?

And if it is marked as private, would'nt it be nice to display a message
"this bug is private etc etc" instead of a not very discriptive "permission
denied"?
