Dealing with bugs related to a package that has been renamed

    While there may now be better ways, for the laptop-mode ->
laptop-mode-tools transition, we reviewed all the bugs against
laptop-mode, and manually reassigned those known to still be valid.
The majority were marked "invalid" as the package no longer existed.
Of course, we let that go a couple cycles, so it was really old by the
time it was triaged: you may not have as many clearly obsolete bugs
because you're paying attention.
