A while ago I've started a bit with a 'project' to create wiki pages
where you can find what information should be included in bug reports
that you want to pass on to the developers/upstream. You can find that
at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Triaging .
But unfortunately it didn't became a success. That was because I forgot
it and didn't have much time to spend on this. It also covers the same
subject as http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures . I've talked with
bdmurray about this. We thought that it would be the best to merge all
documentation about different packages in one page for every source
package as listed on Launchpad. These pages would be located at
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/wiki/Bugs/Packages/{source_package_name}
At this page you can find the tags that apply to this package, what
files you should include with bug reports, other information you should
include. Where you can find the upstream bug tracker, the Ubuntu
maintainers for that package and links to important pages and websites
about this package.

I want to ask you for your thoughts on this. Do you think it's
necessary? Do you want to help or have you got a great idea? Please mail
to this maillist.
