"Also notified" field in a bug report

Hi all,

Could someone point me where I could learn about the fields that appear in a
bug report or about the anatomy of the a report.

I could sort out most of the fields, but those like "Subscribers" , "Also
notified" etc, I couldn't. Can someone help me on this.
