Adopting Nautilus, wiki page created

Hello,

A small update from what I've done and what I plan on doing.
I did move the task descriptions to
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BugSquad/AdoptPackage/TaskDetails> and
added a new 'Old Bugs' task for checking the old bug reports.

The TaskDetails[1] page is included on the Nautilus adoption page[2] and
uses variables to make sure the links are right for all packages. I've created
a variable dictionary for Launchpad[3] with the 'long' name
(Nautilus), the short
name (nautilus) and the name of and the link to the upstream bug tracker
(GNOME Bugzilla).

I also created a page that can be used for listening the tasks and structure of
AdoptionTeams[4], the name I came up with. Of course those teams are only
necessary for larger packages, smaller applications will just need one or two
people. The page is still pretty empty at the moment, but I plan on
extending it.

Other things I want to do soon:
* Blog about Adopt-a-Package
* Write an entry point wiki page explaining to new community members,
community members new to bug triaging and bug triagers what
Adopt-a-Package is and how to join
(* Create banners and stuff?)
* Triage Nautilus bug reports
