I think we should add another step to this: file a RFP (Request For
Package) bug on WNPP (Work-Needed and Prospective Packages) in
Debian's BTS.
Reason: It benefits more people if we get the package into Debian
instead of maintaining it independently in Ubuntu (benefits Debian,
Xandros, etc.), and it makes it easier on the Ubuntu side if we can
simply sync from Debian.
