We have an excellent header we use to advertise when the next bugsquad
meeting will be. It should be placed on all of our pages.
Unfortunately, the way it is currently written may need changing.
Perhaps the meeting header could be split out as its own header?

We could have both https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BugSquad/Header and
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Header/Meetings , since there are two headers
being used. Or, can we have the same header on all bugsquad pages?
