getting involved in triage bugs

Hello,

I'm russian programmer, and I want to make a contribution in ubuntu
development too. I'm novice in launchpad and ubuntu package development,
and I ask someone more experienced to help me to involve. Thanks.

PS. My English isn't well too, but I'm working on it.
