Have you taken a look at the LP Greasemonkey scripts [1]? IIRC it can
display team logo's after a users name in LP. You could very possibly also
extend it to show you some of the other things that you are wanting to see
while not requiring changes to LP (which can be quite hard to do,
especially to the scale of what you are wanting) plus it won't confuse
others (say the reporter/novice LP user) as it won't show up on their
views, only on the views of those who have the script installed.
