Black screen

Hi. I recently installed Kubuntu and I think that the plasma desktop
is the greatest thing I've ever seen.
It's because of how much I like it that I'm contacting you as I've
developed the famous kubunu black screen twice. Once with 15.04 and
once with 14.04. I reverted back to 14.04 after it happened the first
time as I figured it would be more stable.

I'm sure that ye are aware of the problem already but just in case I
said I'd send a quick email

I ran the following commands to fix it

mv ~/.kde ~/.kde.old
mv ~/.cache ~/.cache.old
shutdown -r now

Do you know of something that I could update or anything I could do
that could fix this issue.
I use my laptop for work and sometimes I need it urgently. I might
have to go back to plain old ubuntu if this issue occurs again but I
really really don't want to.
