mouse moving but itself bug

Hi, i found a bug and becouse nobody on the internet was talking about it i
just decided to report it.

So long time ago i launched dead cells via proton 7 or 8 just to found
mouse being stuck in top left corner and keyboard continiusly pressing top
arrow or W button, after sawing that i just ignored that blaming game
written in haxe or proton, but today w found the same bug in war thunder,
you starting a game and cursor quite fast goes in to top left corner. i
tried fixing that but at this point i have no idea why this is happening
