[Bug 52821] Burned CD/DVD Doesn't Register w/ Desktop

A newly burned CD/DVD doesn't register w/ desktop until after it is
ejected.  All desktop references to the drive keep the "blank CD/DVD"
text/attributes as opposed to re-loading that info.
