Well my lack of knowledge on the differences between +RW and +R keep me
from doing much more fact gathering on this.

loopback mounting and +RW work +R doesn't: That makes me think the ISO
genisoimage made _must_ be good, and growisofs must be having problems
with burning it.

Only windows fails burning with the .iso made by genisoimage as well,
and growisofs has no problem writing to +R's with an iso made in
windows.

I don't know which one to blame. I guess the one constant is that
neither windows nor Linux can burn +R's with an iso created with
genisoimage?
