dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/cdda2wav_10%3a2.01.01a33-0ubuntu1_i386.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/bin/cdda2ogg', which is also in package icedax

have worked around the problem by using sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite,
but you might nonetheless wish to correct packaging glitch
