[Bug 258809] [NEW] Unable to read a DVD movie on Windows or with a DVD player connected to my TV

I'am using Ubuntu 8.04 with all the latest updates (until 16/08/08).
When I burn a new movie to a DVD on my ubuntu pc, everything seems to work.  I can read the dvd an its playing normally with Totem Movie player. When I use the same dvd and try to use it on an windows xp or vista pc or with a DVD player connected to my tv, the disk is not recognized. I'am using Brasero 0.7.1 and for testing also GnomeBakery 0.6.2.
To elimate a hardware problem, I used an Ubuntu 8.04 live cd and I could succesfully burn a readable dvd.
After this test I also try to burn a DVD from an ISO image that worked perfectly before but now I'am having the same problem.
