[Bug 183131] Can't make an ISO

Binary package hint: brasero

After Brasero's inclusion in Hardy, I've just discovered that I cannot
make an .iso file from a data project if there is no CD in my CD drive.
The burn button stays greyed out even if I set "file image" as the drive
to write to.
