[Bug 200726] [NEW] Norwegian translation: No. translated to Nei - should be Nr.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnomebaker

In the norwegian translation "No." (short for number) is translated to
"Nei", but it should be "Nr.". This translation is still present in
Launchpad. I believe this is string number 13. I added a translation
suggestion. See attached screenshot.
